Gluten Free Restaurants

Italian

Maggiano’s Little Italy can make any pasta gluten free. The servers are very accommodating to gluten and food allergies.

Renee’s Gourmet Pizzeria is 100% gluten free. They don’t allow any outside food in to avoid contamination.

Brio Tuscan Grille has GF designations on their menu. They can also make any pasta gluten free for you. If you are on the Whole 30, there aren’t a whole lot of options here because the best GF dishes are pasta.

Mediterranean/Greek

Mr. Kabob Express salad bowls are gluten free and Whole 30 compliant, if you skip the tabbouleh and get the house vinagrette dressing.

Estia is a Greek casual fast-food restaurant, similar to Chipotle. They offer gluten free pita bread and the pork & chicken is gluten free, they gyro meat is not gluten free. Salad or rice bowls are also gluten free.

Asian

Benihana has made our food with gluten free soy sauce. We had another party at our table and they made our gluten free food on the grill first to avoid contamination. Be careful though – do not eat dipping sauces or salad dressing as they are not gluten free.

Kona Grill had a separate gluten free menu.

Barbecue

Shark’s BBQ brisket is gluten free. The owner doesn’t have a gluten free barbeque sauce yet, but offers a spicy carrot dipping sauce instead. We usually get the brisket with seasonal veggies which are really good!

American

Granite City Brewery has a separate gluten free menu. They say they are very careful to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen.

Mexican

Qdoba has gluten free options. You are generally safe with the nachos and bowls with rice.
